Equity chorus dancers (Female characters) for JERSEY BOYS (See breakdown).
Please come warmed up and ready to dance; character shoes with heels; and clothing that allows you to dance. Please also bring a short cut of a song (approx. 16-32 bars suggested) in the style of the show, as you may be asked to sing after dancing. Please bring sheet music. Audition pianist will be provided. Also, please bring a hardcopy of your picture and resume, stapled.

Round trip transportation is provided by ACT of Connecticut on a daily basis (between NYC and Ridgefield, CT) in shared company vehicles for all rehearsals and performances. From the start of technical rehearsals through the opening weekend, local housing will be offered to non-local cast members by ACT of CT (rather than traveling back and forth daily between NYC and Ridgefield, CT).
SYNOPSIS: With phenomenal music, memorable characters, and great storytelling, Jersey Boys follows the fascinating evolution of four blue-collar kids who became one of the greatest successes in pop music history. Jersey Boys takes you behind the music of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons to discover the secret of a 40-year friendship as the foursome work their way from the streets of New Jersey to the heights of stardom.
[ENSEMBLE / DANCERS] A diverse company of terrific pop singers/actors/dancers. All roles are open to all ethnicities, as well as non-binary and all gender identities. Many ensemble tracks will understudy principal roles. Additionally, all actors must be comfortable working/moving on a mechanical turntable, as this may be used in the production. Principal understudies will be assigned to the ensemble players in advance of rehearsals beginning.
