LOA

$625 weekly minimum (LOA ref. LORT) + weekly $100 travel stipend.

SEEKING

Equity actors for roles in DIVERSION. All roles will be understudied.

MANDY – Any ethnicity, female. 20s. She is new to nursing; sweet, nervous, exhausted.

AMY – Any ethnicity, female. 30s. An experienced nurse; stern but caring.

EMILIA – Any ethnicity, female. Late 30s - early 40s. A seasoned nurse; compassionate and wounded.

MIKE – Any ethnicity, male. Late 20s. A funny and sensitive nurse.

BESS – Any ethnicity, female. 50s. Kind and efficient. A career nurse who supervises the others.

JOSEPHINE – Any ethnicity, female. Mid-40s. A former nurse; now an administrator investigating possible malfeasance among the hospital staff.

PREPARATION

Please prepare the sides (which will be available the morning of the audition) for the character you are auditioning for. Also, please bring your headshot and resume stapled together.

The production will be held at the Bauer Boucher Theatre Center, on the campus of Kean University, following all Equity guidelines for a fully vaccinated company as well as all University, local, state, and federal public health guidelines. Kean University in Union, NJ is a 38 minute train stop from NY Penn Station.

EPA Procedures are in effect for this audition. An Equity Monitor will be provided.
