BWW is always seeking talented theater enthusiasts to head up feature coverage our over 130 regional areas. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to review the shows of your choice, conduct interviews with local and touring talent, design features of your own choosing for publishing, and work/network with your local theater press reps to bring exposure to the theatrical offerings in your area.
All applicants should have excellent writing skills and an interest for giving local theaters and productions some prominence on BroadwayWorld.com.

Colin Fleming-Stumpf Colin Fleming-Stumpf is a native of Rochester, has acted on stages across Western New York, and is active in the local theatre community as a performer, musician, fundraiser, board member, and reviewer, serving avidly as a theatre critic for BroadwayWorld since 2017. Colin has reviewed hundreds of professional, regional, community theatre, and touring Broadway productions across Rochester, Buffalo, and Canada. He holds a Masters degree in Arts Administration, and by day works as the Director of Grants for the Rochester Regional Health system, as well as an adjunct lecturer in SUNY Brockport's Public Administration department. | |
Jared West JARED WEST is a New York Capital Region-based actor and has been a BroadwayWorld.com writer for the last eight years. Previously, he worked as Senior Editor and Freelance Writer (Travel/Entertainment) for Outlook Magazine. Noah Casner Noah Casner is an actor, singer, and theatre educator currently living in Upstate New York. A lifelong lover of theatre, Noah has seen over two hundred shows on Broadway and Off-Broadway, as well as countless other shows in regional and touring houses. He holds a BFA in Drama from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he studied at both the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and NYU’s Experimental Theatre Wing. Some of his favorite credits include Hello, Dolly with Jennifer Simard (Renaissance Theatre), Moritz in Spring Awakening (Weathervane Theatre), Gabe in Next to Normal (Fort Salem Theater), and Frankie Epps in Parade (Lee Strasberg Institute). He has also aided in the development of several new theatrical works. | |
Peyton VanDerheyden Peyton has been performing in the Capital Region for over a decade in musicals, plays, and cabaret shows. Some of her favorite on-stage credits are Cabaret (Fritzie/Rudy), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (Mitch Mahoney), Grease (Marty), and Bright Star (Florence, U/S Mama Murphy). Peyton also wears many hats behind the table, having experience choreographing, directing, producing, lighting, stage managing, costuming, and scenic designing. Production favorites include The Addams Family, Disney's Mary Poppins, and Disney's Newsies. | |
Pia Haas Pia Haas reviews Arts events for Local publications. She has been involved in Theatre for over 40 years as a Performer/Director/ Artistic Director/Technicnician/ of Academic, Community, off-Broadway and Regional theatres. She was Adjunct Professor of Theatre and Artistic Director of The Theatre Connection at Westchester Community College. Most recently, she was the Director of Press and Public Relations at Westchester Broadway Theatre. |
